5 super fast breakfast ideas: what to eat?

Hello guys, hope you all doing well. Today I am here with 5 incredible fast breakfast ideas. In these modern age we all got so busy with our lifestyle that often we skip the most important meal of the day that is the breakfast. My suggestion is no matter what it is try not to skip breakfast because this is the meal which gives you the first energy burst in your body. There are thousands of more importance of breakfast which I will discuss later in some other post.

These fast breakfast options are not only quick fix in our ultra busy mornings but also tastes awesome. Those who cannot eat whatever but need quite nutritious fast breakfast options this list is for them.

1. BREADS, PEANUT BUTTER AND EGGS

Simple is just better. Top two lightly toasted slices of whole-grain bread with peanut butter. Layer on two sunny-side up eggs, sprinkle some black pepper and salt for a healthy dose of protein, and you’ve got a well-rounded breakfast. Stack them in a air tight container for easy transport or cook the yolks a bit more and make the whole thing into a sandwich with some salad leaves in between.

 

2. YOGURT WITH MUSELI OR GRANOLA AND FRUITS

In this all you need is some fresh yogurt, add some museli or granola and cut fresh fruits like banana or apple, top it with some honey. Mix them well and your super fast yummy breakfast is ready. You can also add some roasted dry fruits in it.

 

3. PROTEIN ENRICHED SMOOTHIE

This is the most fast option I have ever tried. You have to just take two to three spoons of roasted gram flour and add one scoop of plant based protein powder whichever you like, I prefer soya protein, make  a drink adding water (consistency of your choice) squeeze a half lemon and yasss breakfast smoothie is ready. This is filling and you feel so energetic after drinking this. You can also have a banana after this.

4. OATS, A BIT DIFFERENTLY

Make oatmeal with a different twist. Prepare it with usual milk or water, add cumin powder, salt and pepper instead of any cinnamon or sugar. Then top with an easy poached egg or omelette and sprinkle on a little cheese for an extra kick.

 

5. QUINOA FRUIT SALAD

Take some cooked quinoa, add whatever fruits you like, mango, berries, banana, etc, mix them with honey lime dressing and your full of antioxidant bowl of salad is ready in minutes.
